VBL Sport Day 2013

The Management Team has held the VBL Sport Day since 1998 in order to take care of the health of employees together with the encouragement of regular exercise and raising awareness of good health. The day is an opportunity for VBL team members to meet, interact and strengthen internal solidarity.

VBL Sport Day in 2013 was held on May 11 in Thanh Long Sports Center. It attracted nearly 250 athletes representing 16 teams from Ho Chi Minh City and a number of provinces along with its member companies such as VBL Da Nang, VBL Tien Giang and VBL Quang Nam.

VBL Sport Day has become a traditional festival held every two years and is always warmly supported and has participation from enthusiastic staff members. The competition has become increasingly diverse with activities such as badminton, table tennis, swimming, tennis, tug of war, athletics and mini football.

Besides business activities, VBL has constantly taken care of the team via its welfare policies for staff and their families. The Management Team has always aimed to build a VBL with the best working environment, HR policies and career development for employees. Throughout VBL Sports Day 2013, VBL has again confirmed its commitment with policies to take good care of employees, which helps build solidarity, determination and helps us all work together to gear towards sustainable development.
