This privacy policy applies to the Website https://heineken-vietnam.com.vn/ (“Website”) of HEINEKEN Vietnam Brewery Limited (“HVN/the Company”) where HVN and its Affiliates and/or Branches will collect certain personal data. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information to help you understand our practices regarding any personal information you provide to us or that we collect otherwise within the context of the Website (“Personal data”). HEINEKEN Vietnam Brewery Limited Company (“we”) is the controller and processor of the processed Personal Data.  

We respect your privacy and we are committed to secure your Personal Data and manage it under our legal responsibilities under applicable personal data protection laws & regulations.

1. What personal data we process and our processing method 

Depends on how you interact with the Website (online, offline, by phone, etc.), we collect and process certain types of your personal data as follows:

  • Identification data – including any information necessary for you to access the Website such as date of birth;
  • Contact data - any information you provide that allows us to contact you such as name, age, gender, email address, telephone number, address;   
  • Technical and usage data – information about how you use our Wi-Fi products, websites and services (including your IP address, which website, your computer name and internet browser type, clicks and views). If you access the Website using a device such as a smartphone, the information collected, if authorized, will also include your device's unique ID, advertising ID, and other similar mobile device data. This data is collected using automated technologies such as cookies, and using third-party tracking services for analysis;  
  • Location data – GPS-based location information from your use of our website, Wi-Fi services or Social Networks. 

We may also collect, use and share anonymised data such as statistical or demographic data which is not reasonably likely to reveal your identity (directly or indirectly). We may receive aggregated usage data detailing the percentage of users accessing a specific website or visiting venues where we supply our products. If we combine or connect Anonymised Data with other data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, the combined data is “personal data” which will be used in accordance with this privacy Policy.

We may need to share Personal aata with third parties to help us provide services and products to you and to keep our Website running. Third parties may be:

  • Our data storage provider based in Vietnam, which securely stores data collected on our behalf;
  • Service providers when necessary to provide services to us or (to help us) provide services or products requested by you via the Website (including our third party delivery service providers) and/or provide data analysis services, e.g. Google Analytics;
  • In case we sell all or some of the assets or shares of a HEINEKEN group company to which Personal Data was transferred to a third party, your Personal data may be provided to this third party; Law enforcement bodies (regulatory authorities, public bodies and judicial bodies) in order to comply with any legal obligation or court order.

These parties may be located in the European Union or other countries in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or elsewhere in the world. When Personal Data is stored by us outside the EEA we will ensure an adequate level of protection of the transferred Data. We require service providers to use appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data.

We will take appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data collected through the Website from misuse or accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition or access. We also
