VBL organizes Scholarship and Research Fundung ceremony “Towards Water Security” 2014 - 2015

On January 20, 2015, at the HCM City University of Technical Education, VBL held a ceremony of handing university scholarships and supporting young talents under the program “Towards water security” in 2014-2015 for 18 students and 3 scientific research projects in HCM city and other cities.

In the 2014-2015 school year, the program will award 42 scholarships worth totally VND 630 million. In addition, five research projects meeting the program criteria has been selected and will be provided with a total funding of VND 550 million.

This is the third year that VBL carries out the program “Towards water security". To date, the program has awarded 76 scholarships to students in the field of environment worth VND1.14 billion and funded 12 research projects on water resources worth VND1.62 billion.

On January 27, 2015, VBL will continue to hand 24 scholarships and 2 research project grants  for students and researchers at Can Tho University.
