VBL inaugurates clean water project in Tien Giang

On November 28 2014, VBL in collaboration with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tien Giang Province inaugurated  a clean water project in No. 1 Hamlet, Thanh Loc Commune, Cai Lay District, Tien Giang Province after three months of construction. With the funding of VND 300 million from VBL, a water tower and its water pipelines have been built to provide clean water to hundreds of local residents.

This is one of the clean water projects funded under the "1 minute less for million smiles" 2014. Apart from Tien Giang, the 2014 program also sponsored  two clean projects in Ganil Hamlet, Axan Commune, Tay Giang District, Quang Nam province and Phu Thuong Hamlet, Hoa Son, Hoa Vang , Da Nang.

Mr. Huynh Van Hai – Vice Director of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee  of Tien Giang and Ms. Le Thi Ngoc My – VBL CSR Manager  jointly  unveiled the commemorative plaque of the project.

Earlier in 2013, the program also inaugurated and handed over 03 clean water projects in Tien Giang, Da Nang and Quang Nam with the total funding of VND1 billion.
