Heineken named Creative Marketer of the year 2015 by Cannes Lions

Heineken has received the most prestigious recognition in the creativity world, being named Creative Marketer of the Year 2015 by the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. The award is a great acknowledgment of innovation and daring creativity seen not just with the Heineken® brand but across all of our global and local brands. In the last three years alone, six of Heineken Group’s brands have won 41 Lions including a coveted Grand Prix in Creative Effectiveness. This shows Heineken is truly ‘Leading with Cool Marketing & Innovation’.

Alexis Nasard, President of Western Europe & Chief Marketing Officer at Heineken NV said, “This is the highest distinction a Company can receive in creative marketing. It is not just about Global Marketing, it is about all of us, all of you; it is an achievement that we can collectively celebrate.”

Along with Nike, we are the only Company to have ever won this award twice, our first time was in 1995. Heineken will be honoured during the 62nd edition of Cannes Lions, taking place from 21-27 June 2015 in Cannes, France.
